Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026 · 3rd Desire is operated by Sublimes International Limited, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It exists because an AI Business Team can act in the world — so the boundaries need to be explicit.
1. You may not use 3rd Desire to
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- send spam, run deceptive marketing, or contact people who have not consented where consent is required;
- impersonate people or organizations, or misrepresent AI output as independent human endorsement;
- infringe intellectual-property rights, including generating content from assets you have no rights to;
- harass, threaten or defame others;
- process special-category or children's data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service, other tenants, or its providers;
- attempt to bypass approval, permission or isolation controls — including prompt-injection against other tenants;
- resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
2. High-risk automation
Do not configure autonomous actions in domains where errors cause serious harm (medical, legal, financial advice to third parties, safety-critical operations). Keep a human in the loop for consequential decisions — the platform's approval model is there for exactly this.
3. Fair use of pre-launch capacity
During pre-launch we may apply rate and usage limits to keep the service stable for everyone. Deliberate abuse of limits is a violation of this policy.
4. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy, and remove content where legally required. Where practical, we will tell you what happened and why.
5. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse of the platform to support@3rddesire.com; security vulnerabilities to security@3rddesire.com.
