Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Sublimes International Limited (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE), which operates 3rd Desire. They govern your use of 3rddesire.com and, during pre-launch, the platform at app.3rddesire.com. By creating an account or enrolling for early access you agree to them.

1. The service, honestly described

3rd Desire is an AI Business Team platform in pre-launch. Capabilities are labelled on this site as available, coming soon or planned. Pre-launch software changes: features may be added, modified or removed as we move toward general availability.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite into your organizations.
• You must be legally able to bind the business you register.

3. Your content and data

Business content you bring to the platform remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your instructions — storing, processing and presenting your content to you and your AI Business Team. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. AI output and your responsibility

• AI-generated work can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review before you rely on or publish it.
• The approval model exists so consequential actions happen with your sign-off; you are responsible for what you approve.
• The service does not provide legal, tax, medical or investment advice.

5. Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Fees

Pre-launch registration is currently free. Paid plans and their terms will be published before general availability; see Refunds & Cancellation for the policy that will apply to subscriptions. Nothing on the marketing site is a binding price offer.

7. Availability & warranties

During pre-launch the service is provided "as is", without uptime commitments or warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the pre-launch service is limited to the amounts you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (or, where nothing was paid, a nominal amount). Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time (Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
