Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 3rd Desire ("we", "us") handles personal data on 3rddesire.com (the marketing website) and app.3rddesire.com (the platform). It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

1. Who we are

3rd Desire is the AI Business Team platform operated by Sublimes International Limited, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Sublimes", "we", "us"). For privacy matters, contact privacy@3rddesire.com.

2. Data we collect on this website

• Early-access enrollment (only if you submit the form): email address, mobile number with country code, your consent choice and its version, and marketing context — the page you enrolled from, the referring page, UTM campaign parameters, your browser locale and timezone, and a landing-page version stamp.
• Technical basics: our hosting and security infrastructure processes IP addresses and request logs to serve pages and prevent abuse. The enrollment service stores only a salted, one-way hash of your IP for rate limiting — never the raw address.

This marketing website does not set advertising trackers. See the Cookie Policy for the small number of cookies/technologies actually used.

3. Data we collect in the platform

• Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers (for example Google sign-in), role and organization membership.
• Business content you bring: the offerings, assets, contacts and other business records your organization stores to direct its AI Business Team.
• Operational records: missions, approvals and audit entries — these exist so you can supervise what the platform does on your behalf.

4. Why we process it (purposes & legal bases)

• To provide the service you asked for (contract).
• To send early-access and product updates you explicitly consented to (consent — withdraw any time).
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and keep audit records (legitimate interests / legal obligation).

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your business content to advertise to third parties.

5. Where it lives and who touches it

Data is stored with the service providers listed on the Subprocessors page. Each organization's platform data is isolated with database-level access rules; access is deny-by-default.

6. Retention

• Enrollment records: kept until launch communications conclude or you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner.
• Account and business data: kept while your account is active, then deleted per the process below.
• Rate-limit hashes: disposable; purged routinely.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@3rddesire.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Deleting your account and data

The full process is documented at Account Deletion. When the native mobile apps ship, deletion will also be available inside the apps as the app stores require.

9. Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will update this page when practices change and adjust the "last updated" date. Material changes to how we use enrollment data will be announced to enrollees by email before they take effect.
